Ella Rasoarimalala: Shaping change

Ella began her career as an administrative secretary. Through her studies in social sciences and her desire to work directly with people and communities, she found her way into the NGO sector – where project management and social change converge.

Over the past 14 years, she has held many different roles at ADES. From grassroots positions right up to management roles – a key milestone was her appointment as Head of the Morondava Centre in 2017. Since 2023, she has been Sales Manager for the whole of Madagascar – a key role that impressively highlights her development and commitment.

Reforestation is a cause particularly close to her heart:

Ella embodies what ADES stands for: commitment, a close connection to the environment and people and a firm determination to make a difference.
